Lighting
        The 2018 IRC/IECC requires that 90% of the permanently installed 
          lighting fixtures utilize high efficacy lamps.  (This is an 
          increase from the 75% required under the 2015 codes.)
        
        High efficacy lamps are defined as:
        
          - Compact fluorescent lamps (CFL's) OR
- Light-emitting diode lamps (LED's) OR
- T8 or smaller linear fluorescent lamps OR
- 
            Other lamps that meet or exceed the following efficiacy:
            
              - >40W - 60 lumens per watt
- 15-40W - 50 lumens per watt
- <15W - 40 lumens per watt
